What to expect in a session.

sessions5.jpgThe process of returning to essence can be experienced through a  journey of one-to-one sessions on a regular basis, usually every two weeks.   It requires a commitment of self-exploration that can be both exciting and challenging, and most definitely insightful and releasing. 

There are usually three stages to a healing session.

Awareness:  We do this by investing some time at the beginning of a session or during the healing itself, exploring a charged issue, which has presented itself in our lives.    Through self-enquiry, and intuitive knowing,  it’s simple to reach the root cause of a condition.


Release:  There are many ways to facilitate this stage, which may involve movement, dialogue, and breathwork.    The release could express itself in a variety of ways from passivity to possible cathartic emotional release.   We can do this sitting, standing, lying on a table or on the floor.

Integration:  
This phase can be experienced through realizations, combined with the use of light and colour infusions and mantra so the experience begins to fall into place. Integration naturally continues after a session and over a period of days, weeks or even months.  This is aided with recommendations on how to make life enhancing changes and choices in your actions and thoughts. 

After the first session, a Healing Plan is compiled  based on your Questionnaire,  the information you brought to your session and your longing.  This is a personalized Map of Consciousness  to facilitate your integration over time.

Distance and Inter-continental sessions are very effective and Terri has worked with people in America, South Africa, Europe and the UK.  

You can arrange sessions via Skype which is especially useful if you live outside of London or in another country.
